Shall be deemed an Unlawful Trespass pursuant to 13 VSA § 3705.

ANY ENTRY BY YOU UPON THE PROPERTY(S), LANDS, OUTBUILDINGS SET FORTH OR INDICATED IN THIS NOTICE OF TRESPASS WILL RESULT IN A CRIMINAL VIOLATION AND MAY RESULT IN ARREST, IMPRISONMENT, AND/OR A FINE.
A copy of this notice has been or will be provided to the Royalton Police Department who are hereby authorized under 13 V.S.A. § 3705 to arrest and prosecute for unlawful trespass in the event you enter upon the listed property.

This will remain in effect until the property owner or their agent and/or business owner rescinds this order.

NOTE: If the "Notice of Trespass" is rescinded. The recipient should attain a signed and dated written record of the notice being rescinded.

Title 13 Vermont Statutes Annotated ยง 3705 - Unlawful Trespass
(a)(1) A person shall be imprisoned for not more than three months or fined not more than $500.00, or both, if, without legal authority or the consent of the person in lawful possession, he or she enters or remains on any land or in any place as to which notice against trespass is given by:
(A) actual communication by the person in lawful possession or his or her agent or by a law enforcement officer acting on behalf of such person or his or her agent;
(B) signs or placards so designed and situated as to give reasonable notice; or
(C) in the case of abandoned property:
